Tug of War — control room

KICK donations fill the pot toward the goal; KEEP donations raise the goal — the goalkeepers push the line back. When the pot meets the goal the guest is kicked, never before their guaranteed minimum airtime (keep can still save them during the countdown). The KICKED message then HOLDS until you press the play button — the next contestant takes their seat first, and their clock starts when you hit play. Donations that arrive while the message is up are buffered and count on the next guest's board. A donation of $25 or more pops its amount on the side it backed.
